Items will leave our warehouse 2-5 business days after an order is placed and you will receive tracking information for your order. Please allow 7-14 days for shipping on certain items (unless stated otherwise).   Personalized items will take 2-4 weeks. We deliver select products within the USA in 3-5 business days. We shipped US Postal Service, Fed Ex, or UPS. Your tracking information may show the same status for 2-10 days until it clears the appropriate customs in your respective country. After clearing customs you will see your tracking information updated regularly. If there are any additional issues with your tracking after 10 days please email us at contactus@pawpampered.com

"Orders shipped to the European Union from the United States may be subject to import duties, VAT, and customs fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the buyer's responsibility. EU delivery typically takes 7–18 days via USPS First Class International, or 6–10 days via Priority Mail International."
